What you write is read by the MOYO Registry team. If it is passed to a medic, they see what you wrote and not your name or your number.
Your contact details are used to come back to you about this request, and are deleted when it is closed.
Asking here does not put you in the registry. That happens at a clinic, not here.

Which service? Which county do you need it in?

The registry puts you in touch with a medic working there. If nobody does, we will tell you who is nearest rather than leaving you with nothing.
